The webinar consists of five 45-minute calls taking place over five weeks.
Each call includes 3 components:
15-minute teaching, 15-minute Q&A, 15-minute meditation/practice.

Week 2 – Heart: appreciation, gratitude, compassion, tenderness (heart meditation)
Week 3 – Energy: everything is energy – we are creators (higher realms meditation)
Week 4 – Mind: acceptance, attention, conscious thinking (heart-mind meditation)
Week 5 – Action: new forms of self-expression (manifestation meditation)
